Cabin Availability & Booking Instructions

  1. Take a look at the Cabin Availability Calendar (below) and see what is available for the dates you are interested in.  You can click on a booking in the calendar and it will tell you when the person is checking in and checking out, if you are having trouble figuring out your check in and check out time.  Please make sure the number of nights you plan to stay lines up with the dates you give us in the form, it will save numerous back and forth emails.
  2. Go to the  Reservations Form and fill in and submit the Cabin Reservations Form or use the PDF form at the bottom to email your request to us.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email and invoice if the cabin is available.  Payment is due upon booking and no refunds are offered if you cancel.  Do not book if you are not sure you will be there.  We operate entirely on funds raised and donations and we can't afford to lose bookings at the last minute by no shows or cancellations.  Your booking will turn into a donation.
